The Mines of Terror is part of the Micro Power game Doctor Who and the Mines
of Terror. You'd need to load the software from tape or disc which in turn
will use the ROM. The ROM can't run on it's own.
I've still got the software on disc somewhere. I could dig it out if you're
interested.
