Is the Master configured for INTUBE or NOTUBE? The former turns on the
internal coprocessor bus and disables the external Tube, and the latter
disables both. Use Use *STATUS to see what's set, and then *CONFIGURE
TUBE if it's been set to NOTUBE. *CONFIGURE EXTUBE enables the external
Tube, though I don't think you need do that unless there's an internal
coprocessor fitted as well.

I didn't think that was true for *all* second processors, but if you
want an image of ADFS0-32 there's one at
http://www.dunnington.u-net.com/public/BBC/ROMs/FileSystems/ADFS140-32.rom
