Well, I've just had a hunt for it, and unfortunately I can't find it.
It's not on any of my ROM image discs (and I was pretty anal about
copying off any useful-looking ROMs I came across, including those that
were installed in customers' machines coming in for repair.)

Have just had a look in the box of BBC stuff I keep, and can't spot it
in there either. I have a feeling I might have given away the physical
ROM with a tray of EPROMs I had to someone who wanted some. Sorry.

It was an EPROM supplied by Acorn. It had the typical Acorn dot-matrix
printed label on it, and possibly an Acorn part number. They arrived
unannounced from Acorn with no documentation, and no-one in our place
knew what they were for, so they sat in spares for years.

You could try CJE Micros, since they have "everything in stock" (tm) :)
