I can't remember exactly what machine my ADFS140.32 came from, but I
*think* it's for a Master as well as B/B+ -- it's certainly the correct
vintage, and I got it from Paul Lilley at Acorn after the Master was
launched. If anyone's interested, I have five different ADFS images:

ADFS 1.00
ADFS 1.30
ADFS 1.31 leaves PAGE at &E00
ADFS 1.40-32 for use with 32016 (earlier ADFS doesn't work correctly
with 32016, but all versions should work with other second
      processors)
ADFS 1.50 which I think only works on Master Series machines.

I'd expect 1.50 works with a 32016 but I haven't tried it. I've put all
but 1.00 on my website. If anyone cares to try them, it would be
interesting to know what 1.50 does to PAGE, and if it works correctly
with a 32016.
