The BBC Documentation project at http://www.bbcdocs.com/ has a PDF
copy of the BBC B Advanced User Guide. On page 432 is a pinout of the
analogue port, which should help with devising an adapter. I don't
actually know enough to say any more about what's required.

It should be possible though, my first Acorn Electron's Plus 1 has a
9-pin socket for an Atari joystick fitted to the top of it, which was
done by its previous owner.
