...for Dave's testfdc[1] program and a registry of boards that work (or 
don't). The prog's pretty comprehensive - it's surprising how some boards seem 
to work with certain combinations of hardware and not others.

[1] It's a DOS program, but I'm 99% certain I've run it from FreeDOS before 
(for those without a kosher copy of MSDOS)
