I don't have to remember to read or delete my emails because thay
are sat there in front of me reminding me.
This is exactly the same argument as when I was trying to get
Planning officers at Sheffield Council to understand:
"All the planning applications are now on the council's website"
"yes, but how do I get told about them"
"just go to the website and look"
"yes, but how do I get told about them"
"just go to the website and look"
"yes, but how do I get told about them"
It took three years to get them to understand that the only system
that would work for people in possession of a human brain was to
actually email /to/ members a weekly list, as that would then sit
there in their inboxes leaping up and down saying "hello! planning
list!"

When I'm next at work if I remember to get around to remembering
to find some time to remember to look at it, I may look at it.
