For S-Video / Composite to VGA/SXGA/WXGA try;

There is a simple mod floating around in this forum regarding outputting
separate chroma and luminance for an S-Video capable output on a BBC Micro.
Alternatively, there is a CGA (RGB) version of the above;

how=54> retails at around ?80.
The latter seems like a better choice. I don't have any of these and I am
not affiliated to either the manufacturer or distributor.
