I don't really know, but there are a couple of Econet Utilities disks
bundled with BeebEm - have you seen those?

I seem to recall a program called CopyFiles v2.54 (IIRC) which we used
to have on our network at school.  This let you transfer between
Econet, DFS and ADFS.  I probably have a few SSD images with a couple
of different versions of it round here somewhere, if you don't have
it.  I collected a load of Econet utilities at school (and never used
them again!).
