If it's a typo ("conect" instead of "connect" recently) I correct
it. If the content is wrong, it's still the content, so unless it
is something really appalling, I leave it in and put a note at the
end of the document with [n] notes, or put the correction in [] at
the point needed.
 
For instance, I almost completely redrew the Chameleon diagram
because it was completely wrong and would be useless to anybody
trying to use it.
