With no keybaord present the B thinks that all keys are being
pressed, so it thinks Ctrl-Shift is being pressed and pauses the
display. I tried to work out a hardware way of overcoming this as
I have a keyboardless Beeb working as a mail/printer server. I did
it in software instead with a small bit of ROM code, see
http://mdfs.net/Docs/Comp/BBC/Keyboard

I'm sure there must be a way of doing it. Maybe tying PA7 to 0v.

The most perfect world is an imperfect world as the imperfections
give people a reason to strive to change it.
