I believe there were, but I never had any of them..
I did make a pretty good start on writing a MUD-type game, though,
that ran on beebs.
There was a Sideways ROM for each terminal, that would answer a modem or accept
a local user, and give them an interactive prompt. It would then
connect them to a
server (B with a 6502 2P) which controlled all the users, and operated
a little like a
multi-user OS for them.
I got it running well enough to get two phone lines installed, plus
add a gateway link
from the BBS line. So three dial-in users plus me. Unfortunately I
never finished it,
as I took up a job at Micronet800 and moved down to London. I do
still have all the
code, I am sure - at some point when the tuits (round version) arrive
I'll try and get it
going again, and who knows, maybe even finish it!
