Subject: ARM coprocessor updates
Hello,
There's an update to the ARM7 coprocessor software now available from
http://www.sprow.co.uk/bbc/armcopro.htm
which updates it to version 0.36.
The salient changes are:
* support for 8, 16, 32, and 64MB memory chips
* updated BASIC interpreter
* using *RUN now preserves the command line parameters
* a few other small corrections
If you're confident at soldering the 64MB chip you need is a
MT48LC32M16A2TG-75
or equivalent. Surely nobody will need more than 67108864 bytes!
For anyone who doesn't yet own one there is a new batch now available to
buy, and for a limited time only there are 32MB versions available of the
internal coprocessor,
Sprow.
