Subject: Switchable OSs in B+

I've just got hold of a B+ that has a small daughter board which is plugged
into the OS ROM socket. The daughterboard has both the B+ OS 2.00 and plain
B OS 1.20 installed. There's an other 74 series IC on board, which I assume
maps in the BASIC ROM (which is embedded in the B+ OS ROM) when the plain
B OS is selected. A selector switch is wired to the rear of the case to switch
between OSs.

Was this an official Acorn board? The only markings on the board is a label
that says 'VINE1'. Was this a third party manufacturer? My other B+ doesn't
have this board.

Thanks
Ken
