Subject: Xfer problems.

I've not tried xfer on vista either, but I would suggest you also try
running cmd as admistrator, in case Vista restricts access to the
serial ports.

Easiest way to do this is to create a shortcut on your desktop (right
click, new shortcut, type 'cmd' as the program name) and then run it
by right-clicking and selecting "Run as administrator".

After this, there are the various compatability modes, available in
the shortcut's properties screen..
