Subject: GXR ROM manual still online?

I've been playing with the BBC GXR ROM, and was trying to find an electronic
copy of the manual.

In the mailing list post at http://nelsonit.net/~jon/BBCMicro/2006/01/29/182547.html,
a scan was online in early 2006,
but the link in the message appears to be dead now.

Has anyone got an electronic copy they can send me, or know of a site that's
still hosting it?

Alternatively, what I was trying to do was to programmatically determine 
how many pages of Sprite RAM have been configured. The code I was looking 
at was just checking the value of PAGE, but that's obviously file-system
dependant. I'd have thought that Acorn would have put some sort of call in
to determine the configuration - it is displayed in the *HELP output.
Does anyone know if there is a way to get this value?

Also, I noticed that the BBC Lives site archive only has the BBC B version
of the GXR ROM online. As I have a copy (even an original ROM in the loft)
of the BBC B+ one, is there a process for getting more ROMs added to the archive?
