Yes, OSWHM/HIMEM are always mutiples of PAGEs (&100)
However, not sure that the amount of free memory will be
a multiple of &100 necessarily. If you are programming in
Basic, the size of the program (TOP-PAGE) can be any
number of bytes, I think?
