Subject: {OT] Decoding a Sparkplug file

I've always found that SparkPlug doesn't handle ArcFS archives. I had
a load of old Acorn User coverdisk files compressed with this, and it
took me ages to find a copy of the read-only ArcFS program that would
have come on the disks.

If it is an ArcFS archive, it may well need extracting on a real RISC
OS machine. I have a RISC PC (with ethernet), so I could possibly do
it with that.
