Do you need to preserve anything in memory?
 
Try, in order of destructiveness:
 
*MOUNT 0
 
*FADFS then *MOUNT 0
 
Ctrl-A-Break
 
Ctrl-F-Break
 
*FX200,3 then Ctrl-A-Break
 
*FX200,3 then Ctrl-F-Break
