Well beyond my price range too! Seemed like a good idea until reading
http://www.eurodns.com/
Eurodns charge a very similar 290 Euros to set it up, plus18 Euro's a
year. Wow!.... There must be an */awful/* lot to set up!?
Having had a brief read of the ".tel" conditions from the above website,
I thought I'd share with you that ".tel" seems to be an on-line
address book with no way to point your expensive (locked in) domain to
your web server (unless you put your web address in your personal
listing) . Very odd idea. Do you think it will catch on?

While the way .tel works does not allow the Customer to specify its own
web site or name servers, it is a wonderful way to be reachable by
friends or customers alike with unprecendented ease-of-use.

Perhaps when it proves to be as */popular/* as premium rate 07000
personal numbers, the set-up fee may be abandoned?
Cheers,
