Subject: SyMBnet

I've just discovered an old BBC B which I've had for about 5 years and
has been buried nearly all of that time.  When I switched it on it reports
"SyMBnet" as its filing system and *HELP reports options for NDOS,
UTILS and NETWORK.

The Beeb has a standard 8271 disc interface but no network interface.

Does anyone know anything about SyMBnet or used it?
