Subject: STH Collection for MMBeeb

I posted this on the STH Forum here but I hope you'll excuse a copy  
here too:

Is the MMB file with the pre-split STH collection + menu available  
somewhere? I've seen plenty of people mention it on the forum but it  
doesn't seem to have been put up on the web anywhere. I'd be happy to  
host it if isn't anywhere else.

Alternatively, is there a way of batch-splitting all the DSD files  
from the collection? The supplied DFSImager tool can only do one at a  
time which, needless to say, will takes ages. (The patched DFS for the  
MMBeeb can only read SSD files, but the STH collection is mostly DSD  
files.)
