I'd be inclined to agree... the Replica II software makes no reference to II
The Replica III disk i have calls itself Replica IIIa - the main difference 
i can see between those is that III puts all the tape files into one disk 
file.  Replica II has numbers preceded by letters A.1, A.2, A.3, etc. for 
menu item A

Neither can handle data streams though (at least not under emulation) - you 
need to get your hands dirty to transfer those! :P
