Subject: TreeCopy grey background?
I've just tried this while I have the Master Compact out. With it connected
to the monitor via the RGB port, the screen shifts to the left using both
variations of the VDU command, but there is no change to the colour of
the background.
If I connect the Compact to my DVD recorder via the composite video
port, the 56 version of the command turns the background grey, 52
doesn't, but neither cause any shift in the screen display.
Best wishes,
Ian

In light of the reported problems, try VDU 23;2,52,0;0;0; instead.
