The former. Although a Master version is easy to do
by adapting the PCB, I decided against doing it now
since the scope of this project is intentionally
narrow. Perhaps later when I feel like it, and a
ULA-in-FPGA is available as a standalone plugin (I
might make one myself, but, as for all the other
things that can be thought up, not now).

Or a ULA and a PSU (with a box around it) ...

Possibly the ULA could be eliminated altogether as
well. But there we go again with all the ideas ...
