Annoyingly, the Master and RISC OS use different syntax for *CREATE
and I never remember which way until I check. One uses the same
syntax as *SAVE, one just a length parameter as above.
 
Doubly annoying, there's enough space in MOS 3.50 for *HELP MOS to
actually give command syntax instead of just a command list.
