Without manual, box, or 6264 RAM chips it's probably of negligible worth.
The pins on the underside were also prone to bending, and if it's unboxed
it's probably suffered that fate.

There were a few variants of this - one with and one without battery
backup. Check the battery backup for leaks if present, too.
