MOS 3.20 comes with BASIC 4.00. MOS 3.50 comes with BASIC 4.32.

It requires MOS 3.50 to relocate it to &B800. It will run correctly
in the I/O processor at &8000 as it is written to execute at &8000.
However, without MOS 3.50 it will be copied to &B800 in a second
processor, but as the code is written to execute at &8000 it will
not work. However, *SAVEing BASIC 4.32 from a live system will give
you an image to copy directly to &B800.

Alternatively, just use HiBasic 4.30 which is 4.32 without the
relocation data and without a *command service handler to parse the
"BASIC @" command. http://mdfs.net/bbcbasic/HiBasic430

The most perfect world is an imperfect world as the imperfections
give people a reason to strive to change it.
