How about an actual raw dump?
http://mdfs.net/Apps/Networking/NetMonitor/NetData is 20K of
network traffic, pairs of ADLC status byte, ADLC data byte. If you
run http://mdfs.net/Apps/Networking/NetMonitor/Mon2 with SHIFT held
down, it will load the NetData file and interpret it.

Control bytes have meanings specific to the message that is being
sent. For instance, FSOp_BGet uses the control byte as a sequence
number to avoid duplicate messages, NetPrint uses the control byte
to pass the printer status, etc.
For port numbers, see http://mdfs.net/Docs/Books/SJMDFS/Chapter10
and the RISC OS PRMs.

The Econet system uses a state machine so a packet is an initial
scout if an initial scout is expected, and it's an acknowledement
if an acknowldedgement is expected.
