No 'basic' 65C02 supports RMB/SMB/BBR/BBS. They are
Rockwell specific extensions that are not part of
the standard instruction set. Some manufacturers
support them, some don't.

The 65816 has different instructions using the same
opcodes (and, probably intentionally, they happen
to have the same lengths).
