Sorry this is late (erm, three months!?!?), I am reading from an archive.
Look around &68F0 (from the start of E01S image, or the fileserver ROM
of the E01), it will be a string like "FileStore 1.40.00".
The "(C)Acorn" bit is quite near the start, but this is either '88 or '89...
Totally off-topic: I'm using Thunderbird Portable so I can pick up
messages when I'm at the local library (onto an SD card on my Zen); is
there any way I can force all messages to 'reply' to the BBC mailing
list address instead of to who actually sent the message? Thanks.
