Subject: Retro Software: first release - Zap!

They are talking about making that option available, but it doesn't seem
very environmentally friendly to burn a single <500K file onto a CD, put
it in a box, ship it by post, and then have the file extracted off the CD,
and the CD either thrown away or filed in a box for future use.

If people want that option then I don't have a problem with that, but I expect
that at least as many people would prefer it available by download, and aren't
that interested in the artwork / inlay / instructions side of things.

Indeed, 4 people have already asked whether it could be available by download
this morning, so there certainly is a demand for that option.

Regards

Michael

To solve the image problem and to keep it in retro style, maybe a cd with
the image burned onto with the artwork maybe the best idea.

               Hi,

Well since I don't own a beep anymore in any other format other than a
image file is not much use to me.
Looking at the video and screen shots it looks like a nice shoot em up game.

               Regards,
               Peter.

                       Hi,

This looks great, I will buy at least the disk version of this; possibly
the master and tape versions as well.

I personally prefer these to the download version, but feel it should
be available to download.

                       Regards,
                       Paul.
