Most of that is not filing system usage, and DFS should keeps its
mits off:
&00-&8F: Current language
&90-&9F: Econet
&A0-&A7: Current NMI owner
&A8-&AF: Transient commands
&B0-&BF: Filing system scratch, contents may change between calls
&C0-&CF: Filing system workspace, contsents same between calls
&D0-&E1: VDU workspace
&E2-&E3: RFS/CFS workspace
&E4-&FF: MOS workspace
