Yep, I've got a copy of the database .. was sent out (to this list I
think, a good few years ago) along with a rolling-demo type thing, but
the frame data is enough to actually use, if I can get it out of the
archive file that it's in...

Sort of - Prestel wrote a special version of their gateway interface
that tanslated the scrolling format into viewdata - basically, when
you reached the bottom of the screen, it carried on from the top.
They did manage to blank out the lines being overwritten, though, and
give a gap at the transition, and input was done on the baseline
rather than in-line with the output.  They left some really cool bugs
in there when they revealed it, too, that let you see a lot of
previously hidden prestel pages... lol...
