Subject: Microbrush art package
Last year, I was flicking through some old Acorn Users and came across a
very impressive full page advert for the Microbrush art package produced
using the software itself on a Beeb/Master. It seems to have been seriously
capable and sounds like a great leap forward from SuperArt or Quest Paint.
After having a dig around on the net, I found out that it was written by
a guy named Alan Burns - he did the MG Midget ArtWorks illustration:

In the hope of getting hold of a copy, I tried to e-mail the author last
August but sadly, I've recently found out that he passed away at some point
in the Autumn:

I'd really like to get hold of Microbrush as it sounds like a major package
that deserves to be more well known. I remember it getting a poor review
in Acorn User (this seems to have been in January 1988) but there's a letter
from a user in the March issue that sings its praises.
Does anyone remember Microbrush or, even better, still have a copy?
Thanks,
Rob
