If those were from the ones I gave you, the latter's more than likely from 
Churchill college at Cambridge uni. Contents-wise could be anything, but from 
what I've seen various unis were very good at throwing together their own ROMs 
with customised terminal emulators and other network-helper code on them (and 
I had at least one system from a uni with custom print-server software in it).

VTOPS, not sure - although I'm guessing it's probably 'VT OPS'. Surprising 
that they don't obviously 'do' something, though.

I think those boards had various 'leftovers' on them (they were a good place 
to park ROMs where the chips wouldn't get damaged :-) so there's nothing 
'special' about them being alongside any other chips.

[my fileserver's been off, but is powering up as I type - I bet I imaged them, 
so will let you know if I scribbled any notes alongside them as to source etc.]
