There are RISC OS emulators available that would allow you to use RISC OS 
tools to process the files. Would be an option for those finding it difficult 
under Windows etc. The virtual RISC OS 4.02 ROM image is only 5UKP and works 
with RPCEmu:

Hopefully the work to get RISC OS ported to run on Cortex A8/A9 processors 
will see the light of day then it can be run on some of the netbooks appearing 
now.
