My electronics is pretty rusty, IIRC the smaller the capacitor the higher
the filtered frequency, so I guess, you'd need to make sure you buy the
correct part for it to have the desired effect.

The original RIFA part is stocked by Farnell;

I was chatting to a friend earlier and mentioned I was smoking a RIFA -
