The extended attributes (RISCOS.EA) have long since been superceded by the
"textfile,fff" and use of a MimeMap. The EA code still exists in OmniClient
but I'm not sure if it's still called or works.

Upgrade to 2.32 available for free from RISC OS Open Ltd,
Sprow.
