That's what I've been bashing away at with my MODE7toBMP convertor
<http://mdfs.net/Apps/Graphics/Conversion>. The fiddly bit is the
20x12 character bitmap (10x6 with character rounding). I created a
16x16 font with flags on which characters have ascenders and which
have descenders <http://mdfs.net/Info/Comp/SAA5050/TtxtIcons>.
Annoyingly, "j" has both ascender and descender.
