If any members of the Domesday Mailing List are coming, surely they'd be ideal
minders/demonstrators? (I know Darren G doesn't speak or understand
"Northern", but we could hire him an interpreter for the weekend! ;) ).

That sounds like a lot of faff ... :P

Have your Proms celebration at the convention. If it resulted in a bunch of
additional ticket sales, I reckon I'd stand a fair chance of talking Gordon
into freeing up the stage/theatre <illustrated here:

could watch Last Night on the big screen. This might even convince the
"BeebMaster" to come along too! And you wouldn't have to worry about catering
as Cedar Court could take care of it all ... :-)
