Ok, I can now confirm that the opening/closing times will be exactly as stated
earlier today

i.e.

If anybody is able to get to the venue on Saturday BEFORE 10AM to help us set
up, please let me know (obviously, if you can get there at 9am that would be
even better!).

Furthermore, we're going to need the heck of a lot of monitors there, so
again, please get in touch if you can provide a VDU (or three!). Cubs and/or
Philips CM8833 would be ideal. Though we would need to have them at the venue
by 10am at the latest, really.
