Thanks.  Why couldn't I find that? So in 2011 we may see a change. 
That's if anyone else offers something more than ITV Broadcasting, 
assuming anyone even bids. Hard to stand up against such a huge 
organisation and say you can do better. Mind you, they might want to 
dump the less profitable regions. Border could be up for grabs then.

I don't know why, but I thought OfCon only dealt with public service 
broadcasting. It makes total sense what you say though. Why would it be 
otherwise.

Thus making excessive advertising counter productive as most of us skip 
them. I suppose the show sponsor is the only advert guaranteed to be 
seen these days.
