Yes, that's the point.  The date that the Filer is reporting is the one
that RISC OS extracted from the load/exec addresses, not the underlying
NetFS timestamp of the original file.  13 May 1901 is 0x00ffff8023
centiseconds since 1900 if I've done my sums correctly.
