Assuming that it's an issue 1 model A/B (rather than a B+ or something)
then yes, these are quite rare.  I'm not sure how many were built but I
don't think I've ever seen more than a couple of them.  

As you might expect, the majority of machines were manufactured to the
later revisions, so issues 7 and 4 are common; issue 3 is somewhat
rarer, and issues 2 and 1 are rarer still.  (I don't think issues 5 or 6
were ever released.)
