There were several versions of each of those.  Did you have a particular
one in mind?

Andy Ford posted some details of the passive terminator circuit in this

(and again more recently, I think, though I can't find the link right

The active terminator circuit is, I think, shown in the BBC schematic:
there was provision for it on the motherboard up to issue 3.
Alternatively I think it's in the Econet AUG somewhere.

I can't think offhand of any clock schematic that's available online but
it's basically just a configurable square-wave generator.
