At the edge of the arm (away from the centre), under the plastic shield is
a grub screw which you can just feel with your finger. I rotate that a
little, and it seems to unstick the error. It's easiest to do this with the
tray out.

If you get this error, it won't spin up at all because the laser attempts
to get focus prior to the motor activation.
