I've been advised that according to the contract, this is not a requirement.
(Incidentally, I'll reply to some of the other AW-related posts later tonight,
but for the time being, here's a pic of the 'new and improved' Econet island,
which has now morphed into a 6ft circular table [which will give us room in
the centre to stack the fileservers]).

** I don't know if DavidG was joking when he touted the idea of using his
hotel room as a secondary Econet area, but, as should be obvious from the
above image, there clearly isn't going to be anywhere near enough room (nor
power sockets) to set up the amount of machines that are currently being
discussed, so perhaps folks might actually want to consider the idea of
rigging up a couple of Econet setups in hotel rooms (which could be bridged
together via AUN BeebEm!). Or am I being silly? **
I've also recorded about 300Mb of videos of yesterday's "dress rehearsal" of
the room layout, and I'll mail the urls to all exhibitors this evening.
