If you're lucky, this may be the format supported by the Linux
ADFS kernel module.
David Boddie was kind enough to mention my efforts with 'old map'
ADFS (http://www.adsb.co.uk/bbc/linux/) but I think his work
(http://www.boddie.org.uk/david/Projects/Python/FUSE/index.html)
supports 'new map' ADFS - which is what you need.
