Arrrgh!  Where did you see that? You'd have to be a complete nut job to 
mess there. In theory, you could get into trouble if they find the seal 
broken on the main fuse. Not so much anyone blowing themselves up but 
"theft of electricity". Hope you put whoever it was right. I've seen 60 
and 100Amp main fuses.
